By purchasing and using a lowering kit from 2Low Products, the customer acknowledges that off-road motorcycle riding involves inherent risks and accepts full responsibility for the safe operation, maintenance, and supervision of the motorcycle and rider.
2Low Products are designed to help younger/shorter riders safely build confidence while learning to ride. Proper installation, maintenance, rider supervision, and safe riding practices are the responsibility of the owner and rider.
Our lowering kits are intended for youth riders only and are designed for riders weighing 50 lbs. or less. Adult riders, passengers, or excessive weight may place additional stress on suspension.
2Low Products strongly discourages parents or adults from riding motorcycles equipped with our lowering kits, as doing so may cause premature wear, suspension damage, shock failure, or unsafe riding conditions.
2Low Products is not responsible for damage, injury, or mechanical failure resulting from:
- Improper installation
- Misuse or abuse of the motorcycle
- Aggressive riding, jumping, racing, stunting or excessive rider weight or overloading
- Poor maintenance or improper suspension setup
- Use outside the intended purpose of the product
Motorcycles that are ridden aggressively, excessively jumped, overloaded, improperly maintained, or otherwise misused may experience premature wear or damage to suspension components, including shocks and related parts. 2Low Products is not responsible for shock or suspension damage caused by these conditions.
